As an entrepreneur and business consultant, I combine over 15 years of international consulting experience with more than nine years of proven, hands-on execution in Saudi Arabia. This is reinforced by a Master’s degree in Project Management and professional certifications — ensuring disciplined execution, planning certainty, and confident leadership of complex, high-stakes projects.
Since 2017, I have lived and worked in Saudi Arabia. I founded the first German–Saudi consulting firm in Medina and, together with my team, have led numerous projects with a combined budget exceeding €1 million. We have provided strategic advisory services to more than 15 companies across multiple industries.

Entrepreneurial background
I have been active as an entrepreneur since 2006 and as a business consultant since 2011. Over this period, I have successfully supported and completed more than 100 projects and SME engagements across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Singapore.
A defining focus of my work is the creation of practical, executable structures. I have designed and led comprehensive incubator and accelerator programmes for startups, scale-ups, and established SMEs — including multi-month initiatives comprising over 140 strategic learning modules and 40+ individual implementation tasks. These programmes have been completed successfully by more than 50 companies across the German-speaking region.
